The panel may contact the companies to get more information for assessment.

• Updated on a timely basis to answer the questions from shareholders

• Share information with different shareholders through various channels
• Consistency of messaging to the investment community and the public
• Clear annual report, website and powerpoint

For the Sustainable Development Category

• Nominated company must follow the 'comply or explain' provisions of the HKEX ESG Gude
• Nominated company's current ESG report has to disclose at least one of the following three areas:
1. Board assessment on ESG risks relevant to the Company
2. Materiality matrix determined through a shareholder engagement process
3. KPIs in at least 4 out of the 8 Social Aspects (B1 - B8) in the ESG Guide
