QIRA - Carbon Management Category

Eligibility

Listed companies (Main Board, Growth Enterprise Market & First Year after Listing) or non-listed companies that publish sustainability reports or GHG accounting reports are welcome to participate in QIRA Carbon Management Awards.

Selection Process

Tonghai Analysis and research team and HKSSA select the most representative enterprises by taking numerous factors into account.
The panel may contact the enterprises to get more information for assessment.

Awards

According to the scoring criteria, there are 3 levels of award, namely "Platinum", “Gold” & “Silver”.
The organization with the highest overall score will be awarded “The Best Approach of Carbon Management of the Year”.

Application Process

The organization should file the application through the online application portal, with the ESG/sustainability report and/or GHG accounting report submitted at the same time.
The judging panel will review the submitted report according to the scoring criteria.

Impact Assessment
The category celebrates the leading edge in assessing the environmental impacts of products and services from cradle to grave. The winner demonstrates its efforts in applying life cycle assessment as an analytical tool to support environmental management. Ideally the lifecycle assessment is used for the design or improvement of products and processes.
