The Group’s comprehensive management system was established according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, ensuring its provision of high-quality products and services. Lai Si Enterprise also advocates sustainable supply chain management and strives to develop a green supply chain. The Group has mandated the general manager to evaluate the selected collaborating suppliers and subcontractors, and conduct compulsory on-site inspections and quality assessments of materials and product samples for further verification. The Procurement Department would also arrange environmental training for suppliers and subcontractors to inform the Group's policies as well as related management and requirementsso as to promote green procurement practices.

The Group cooperates with the Macau government and a government corporation in the "Macau New Neighborhood" construction project, providing more than 4,000 residential units at a limited price for Macau people and 200 talent housing units to alleviate the lack of land resources. The project also allows Macau residents who work and live in HengQin to enjoy Macau's comprehensive social services and share the benefits from the development of HengQin.

Youth are the pillars of future society,the Group hence concerns with youth development. Lai Si Enterprise assisted the Youth Committee of the Macau Construction Association in organizing several exchange activities related to the development of the construction industry and the youth. It also co-organized the " Dream & Opportunity" project with the Education and the Youth Development Bureau, helping college students who are interested in the construction industry with enhanced understanding of the industry to plan for their career paths.
