Impro Precision always pays close attention to investor relations. The Company has been making every effort to maintain an open dialogue with investors, listening carefully to all views and keeping shareholders fully informed of latest developments. In 2019, the Group successfully arranged analyst briefings on its interim and annual results announcements, and conducted post-results roadshows, meetings and conference calls. On top of it, the Group also ensures an effective communication with shareholders during the annual general meeting in May every year. In the Company’s corporate website, we have designated an easily accessible “Investors” section which includes all key information of the Company’s business, operational conditions and developments. Company’s presentation materials are posted on the corporate website, and we have also designated an email address for investors to communicate directly with the Company. In addition, in order to provide a better understanding of business operations, plant visits to the Group’s manufacturing facilities in mainland China and Turkey were also regularly arranged over the year.

Impro Precision built a dedicated and experienced workforce comprising engineering staffs, sales force and production workers. Developed Comprehensive Environmental Protection Measures
As a responsible corporation, the Group strives to reduce environmental impact of production by identifying and preventing factors in the production process which may generate environmental effects, insists on using energy and resources rationally, and reduces carbon emissions through various energy saving initiatives and lowering consumption.
Construction of the Group’s production plants is in the compliance with the applicable environmental laws and regulations. All of the production plants have completed the requisite environmental impact assessments at the initial construction stage and have established the relevant environmental protection equipment before commercial production. The Group’s nine production plants located in China, Germany and Turkey have already passed and obtained the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certification. Most of the production plants have an environment management team and a number of team members have been accredited ISO 14001 internal control certifications.
Subject to the waste clearance, the Group adopted various environmental protection measures, such as establishing waste water treatment plants to process all waste water to meet the emission standards, ensuring all air pollutants and dusts are emitted through qualified emission towers after being purified. In addition to engage professional waste management companies to collect and process various wastes, the Group also ensures that it has complied with any new environmental laws and regulations, providing timely improvement in environmental protection facilities in response to any potential environmental risks.
